We need your help with THREE important tasks:
-Your 2026 VAAEC Planning Team
- Please tell-promote-share the VAAEC with everyone you know and encourage them to attend. Especially important: Inform any college/university program and high school seniors you know about the event. Here is a flyer that you can print or email to your team/ students.
- Help us secure some excellent swag and gear donations from places and businesses you know. Boats, bikes, paddles, hardware, apparel, accessories, gift cards… new or gently used gear = awesome. If you do, let us know about it. Also, remember to bring about 300+ stickers from your org.
- Are you or your camp/ university/ organization interested in hosting a future conference or being on the planning committee? Let us know!
