VAAEC 2024 Event Refund Policy
1. Full refund can be issued if you cancel before February 6, 2023, OR
2. Full refund can be issued if the February 24 VAAEC is rescheduled due to dangerous weather and you cannot attend on February 24, which is the planned make-up date, OR
3. Full refund can be issued if VAAEC is cancelled and cannot be held on the February 24 make-up date due to dangerous weather.
You must contact the VAAEC Plan Team at VaAdventureEd@gmail to cancel your registration.
If you must cancel your VAAEC Registration after February 6, your registration fee will help offset costs already incurred, and you may request your shirt(s) be mailed to you. Please notify the VAAEC Plan Team at VaAdventureEd@gmail.com ASAP if you will not attend this conference. We cannot provide pro-rated refunds for partial attendance before or after your arrival.
