Students + Professionals

Register here for individual students, groups, and professionals to receive access to the conference.

Registration closes February 19
For Individual Registrations participants will need to create a guest account here in the (with a non-JMU email address) in order to register. Please follow these instructions:
  1. Go to urecregister.jmu.edu and select the gold "SIGN IN" in the top right corner
  2. Create a guest account by selecting "SIGN UP" in the bottom right corner, enter your name, email and select a password
  3. Once your account is created, register and pay for your registration.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email once you have registered, please allow a few minutes for it to come through. 
 
For Group Registrations the person in charge of the group should follow steps 1 and 2 above. Then please follow these instructions:
  1. If you are already logged in to your account, click on your username link on the top right of the urecregister.jmu.edu page and click "Profile."
  2. If you are not logged in, select "SIGN IN" at the top and log in.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and click "ADD FAMILY MEMBER." Add each participant in your group as a separate family member. Please add each person's own email address when registering them so they receive important conference update emails. 
  4. Once all members of your group pare registered, return to the  main registration page and hit “SELECT” and then “REGISTER” next to the offering appropriate for your personal registration (Professional vs Student)
  5. A “SELECT FAMILY MEMBER” popup will appear. Select your name and then hit register
    • If you are registering other participants with the same status as you (“Professional” registering other “Professional”) you can select all their names at this point and procced through registration.
  6. If you are registering other participants with a different status as you (“Professional” registering other “Students”) you will need to proceed through the registration process for yourself until you get to he payments page. At the payments page, you will be able to select “Continue Shopping” where you can go to the registration page and hit “SELECT” and then “REGISTER” for the “Student” participant. You will again be prompted with the “SELECT FAMILY MEMBER” popup. Select the remaining names of those in your group and continue through the checkout process being sure to add accurate contact info for each participant.
  7. Once all participants are registered they will appear on your final payment screen for you to submit payment.
  8. Once your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
