By contributing through sponsorships and vendor fees, they not only help make this conference possible but also secure its future viability. VENDORS: $85 includes one person, then $35 for each additional person.

For your organization to be included on the website, and the 2025 VAAEC banner, you must pay AND submit your before February 1st. You can still register after February 1st (if space is available), but the deadline to get your logo onto all available marketing materials is February 1st.
We are seeking donations of outdoor adventure gear and exciting swag for students & professionals to be used as drawing prizes. Your contributions help enhance the experience of our participants and support their passion for adventure. All prizes are given out at the end of the conference.
