Your 2024 VAAEC Planning Team
- Please tell-promote-share the VAAEC with everyone you know and encourage them to attend. Especially important: Inform any college/university program and high school seniors you know about the event. If requested, we can mail you a pack of VAAEC postcards to distribute, so let us know. Thanks!
- Help us secure some excellent swag and gear donations from places and businesses you know. Boats, bikes, paddles, hardware, apparel, accessories, gift cards… new or gently used gear = awesome. If you do, let us know about it. Also, remember to bring about 300+ stickers from your org.
- Send a photo of YOU, adventuring outside in Virginia for our "Who's Attending?" web page (www.vaaec.org/who-is-attending), AND our opening slide show at the Conference. Email your photo to [email protected], and include your Name with the LOCATION of your adventure. Your photo might also end up in a Conference-promoting video. Thanks!
