INDIVIDUALS: Participant registration (student, professional) grants you access to the one day event, including a catered lunch, a promotional item, entry into the VAAEC Raffle, and a place in the (optional) VAAEC Adventure Race. You must register AND pay by January 24 to guarantee a promo item (Nalgene or Dry Bag). Participant cost: $25 for student; $35 for professional. Payment is non-refundable unless the Conference is cancelled. Got something important to share/teach? You are invited to submit a workshop proposal.

Select the registration type then add the correct number to your cart. You can go back to add additional persons or types of registrations to your cart. In this form, you can pay for several persons from your organization (so be sure to know their dietary restrictions).
