INDIVIDUALS: Participant registration (student, professional) grants you access to the one day event, including a delicious lunch, vendor swag & stickers, excellent workshops, entry into the VAAEC Gear Raffle, and a place in the (optional) VAAEC Adventure Race at the end of the day. Participant cost: $25 for student; $35 for professional. Got something important to share/teach? Please submit a workshop proposal.
GROUPS: Group registration (organization or group payment). The registration form allows you to register multiple persons from your school or organization (please know your dietary restrictions, email addresses, and shirt sizes for all members of your group to submit with the group registration). You must register AND pay for everyone by February 5 to guarantee their VAAEC long-sleeved tees. $25 per student; $35 per professional. Got something important to share/teach?
